  • Items must be returned to us in their original unopened condition.
  • All associated materials that were purchased as part of an individual item must also be returned in their original packaging and in an unopened state.
  • All original boxes, packaging and material must be kept. Boxes other than the original boxes supplied with the original product are unacceptable.
  • You will be offered a store voucher (can only be used @ www.micalighting.com.au) for the full item purchase price (not including shipping charges), less 20%. This is to cover administration charges.
  • All returned items, must be sent via a registered and insured shipping service (eg. Australia Post, Fastway Couriers, TNT, etc).
  • The customer is responsible for the postage charges associated with the return of the items.
  • If you have purchased an item that was offered with "free delivery", in this case, the standard delivery fee that "would have been charged" will then take effect.
